Nicole Piggott is an inclusion leader focused on making workplaces equitable. Her career spans shaping HR, Safety and DEI at organizations like Bombardier Aerospace and Rio Tinto and guiding the rollout of Women in Governance’s Gender Parity Certification. In 2021 she co-founded Synclusiv to embed justice and belonging across organizations.

Her experience spans co-creating assessment tools at Synclusiv and volunteering with the Black Academic Scholarship Fund and Apathy is Boring. A McGill graduate, she now leads marketing and policy projects that build inclusive cultures.
